to delay its needs,
to measure our worth by how much we can carry.

to yourself,
to your body,
to a deeper rhythm that has always been there?

About the Experience

This is a gentle, in-person space to explore rest not as an idea, but as something you can feel.

We’ll slow down together, soften urgency, and reconnect with a more sustainable way of being.
