Jasmine Shah, M.A.

I help people reconnect with the wholeness within—transforming grief, karmic wounds, and life transitions into growth and sustainable change.

My work blends psychology, spirituality, and consciousness studies to guide you toward a deeper, more transformative relationship with life and the cycles of the soul.

My Path

For over a decade, I worked in corporate spaces—Fortune 500 companies, high-pressure environments, roles that required constant achievement. Then a traumatic life event shifted everything.

In the wake of that experience, I sought healing through eastern meditative practices, yoga, and spiritual psychology. What I found wasn't just relief—it was reclamation. I began to understand that transformation isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about returning to what was always whole.

That journey led me to earn a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology, followed by a second Master's in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Spirituality-Mind-Body at Columbia University, where I trained under renowned spiritual psychologist Lisa Miller.

Since then, I've co-founded a holistic startup, earned certifications in Conscious Health and Healing, Mindfulness Self-Compassion, NLP, and Calling in the One. I've facilitated meditations for private groups, corporations, and disruptive startups. I've held space for individuals navigating loss, heartbreak, spiritual emergence, and profound life transitions.

And through it all, I've remained a student—of healing, of consciousness, of what it means to live fully aligned with who we are meant to be.

My Work

As the founder of Elovate and Director of the Mind Body Spirit Institute at The Jung Center in Houston, I weave together Jungian psychology, contemplative practices, chakra healing, and meditative journeys.

I work with individuals seeking clarity in their relationships—romantic, familial, and professional. I support those moving through spiritual awakening, career transitions, and the kind of grief that asks everything of us. I hold space for the BIPOC community, as a first-generation immigrant myself, to explore identity, belonging, and the reclamation of inner authority.

My approach is integrative, grounded, and deeply attuned to the unseen. Together, we explore the unconscious patterns, attachment dynamics, and protective strategies that shape your life. We reconnect you to your intuitive intelligence, your natural sense of presence, and the light that has always been there.

My Intention

My work is not to fix you. It's to help you remember what you've always known—that you are whole, that you are enough, that the answers you seek are already within you.

I reveal my own light to help illuminate the path of those around me, so they too can reconnect to their own Light..
